When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy products. We will send you an email to confirm we have received and accept your order, which means a contract has been made between us. Payment is required for your order at the same time as placing the order.


Notwithstanding the above, in the event that products are no longer available or there is insufficient stock to fulfill your order, we will supply those products which are available and notify you when the other pieces will be in stock. You will get priority for this stock when it gets in. If you wish to cancel the remaining product instead, a refund for the balance of your payment (for products which we cannot supply) will be provided to the account which it originated from.


The privacy policy of Splash Swimwear utilizes and protects the information that you provide us when using our website. Splash Swimwear has a commitment to ensure that your privacy as a consumer is protected. If we should ask you to provide certain information for us so you can be identified, you can be assured it will only be used in accordance with our privacy statement. Splash Swimwear is entitled to change this policy over time by updating this page. You should check this page for change frequently to ensure that you are happy with any changes that occur.


If you have purchased goods from us and they are faulty, we will provide an appropriate remedy as required by the Consumers Guarantee Act.

Online Purchases only.

All online orders are provided with an exchange slip.

At Splash, we know how difficult it can be to find the right pair of bathers to suit and we want you to feel 100% happy and comfortable with your purchase. So, if you have made an online purchase from us and it isn't quite right, you are entitled to either a full refund (through the payment method you originally paid with), an exchange for something else to the same value or a store credit of the same value (which never expires). These options will only be permitted if the product(s) hasn't had the tags cut off, in the original condition it was in when purchased, proof of purchase and a signed exchange slip are accompanied. If we receive the item(s) and they do not follow these conditions, they will automatically be sent back and no refund, exchange or store credit will be allowed.


Standard Shipping for orders under $100 is $10.

Rural Delivery Shipping for orders under $100 is $16.

Standard Shipping for orders over $100 is $0.

Rural Delivery Shipping for orders over $100 is $6.

NOTE: All rural deliveries have a flat handling fee of $6. If you provide a rural delivery address and have not selected rural delivery for shipping, the order will not be dispatched until after the amount has been received. 


At this time, we are only delivering within New Zealand to physical addresses and not P.O. Boxes.


We will endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt of order to the address advised by you in your order.


Any delivery times provided by Splash Swimwear are estimates only. Splash Swimwear does not accept any liability in any circumstances for any loss or damage suffered as a result of late deliveries.

In the event that multiple products are ordered, or a particular product is not in stock, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available for all products and we will make all reasonable attempts to notify you of such. 

Please contact the Splash Swimwear team if your order has not been received within the recommended time frame so that we can track the package sent to you.
